Guide to have healthy and sexy feet

Foot health is a critical to helps manage standing, walking, and balancing. Yet it is the most ignored feature in the body. In this article, instead of writing on the pain and problems, lets talk about trimming and beautifying the feet. So lets talk about the ways to sexy it up;

Foot bath:

Soaking the feet in warm water with scented oil and Epsom salt is a pleasing experience. To get a smooth skin and healthy feet, get in to the habit of foot bath more frequently. Here is step by step instruction for soaking your feet.

place a large enough tub, preferably plastic, and fill it up half way with filtered warm water. Add Epsom salt, rose petals and scented oil. as a suggestion, olive oil and pepper mint oils are my favorites. Soak one feet at a time for 10 minutes. Do this at a place where you can sip on a glass of wine with dimmed lights and candles, while playing a mellow music to get the spa-like tranquil experience.

After the 10 minute soaking, wrap your wet foot in towel and place the other in the tub for soaking. While the other is soaking, use pumice stone or file to remove dead skin and calluses from the bottom of your foot carefully and massage every toe and muscle. Do the same with other feet and soak them both back in the tub for another five minute.

Dry your feet and between the toes by damping. most people rub the towel on their skin. Our skin is delicate and very sensitive. Dry up between the toes to avoid achy feeling and fungus.

What is epsom salt and its benefits
SaltWorks.us:

“Epsom salt, named for a bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, is not actually salt but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate. Long known as a natural remedy for a number of ailments, Epsom salt has numerous health benefits as well as many beauty, household and gardening-related uses.

keep it moisturized

I cannot say enough; MOISTURIZER! Use brands that contain glycerin, which makes the skin soft and smooth.

Throughout the day, apply moisturizer on your feet, rub and massage every muscle.

Pedicure
Clumsy trimming, harm the nails and cause hangnails and ingrown toenails. At the pedicure, follow safe practice using proper nail clipper and nail care products. Keep yourself hydrated. Drinking water is vital to the skin health and it also eradicates risk of foot swelling caused by the heat.

- Limit the barefoot

Do away with walking barefoot may expose your feet to sun burn, athlete’s foot, and other infections and injuries.

Keep the blood flowing by exercising the ankles and toes.

Winter cold and feet

- Keep them warm

Keep the feet warm and tender by layer of protective socks and proper winter boots to avoid frostbites.

- Apply moisturizer

Apply lots of moisturizing cream before and after wearing socks.

- Warm foot bath

Apply warm soothing foot bath after coming home from a cold winter weather.
I have a lot to say about keeping the feet healthy and up to shape specially with choosing the shoes and their material. Review the chemical used in making the faux leather shoes and the fabric of your sock. Buy naturally made cotton sucks and choose a comfortable size shoe with high quality soft leather.
